Banana Bread
PREP TIME 10 minutes | TOTAL TIME 50 minutes
Ingredients

3 Medium Bananas
-
1/4 Cup Almond Butter
-
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Eggs (for Vegans use Just Eggs substitute)

1/2 Coconut Flour
-
3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
-
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
-
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
-
2 Tsp Cacao Powder (Navitas)

1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (Enjoy Life)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl blend Bananas, Almond Butter and Vanilla Extract until smooth

Add two Eggs and blend into mix thoroughly

Add Coconut Flour, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Cacao Powder and Cinnamon and blend until all ingredients are mixed in well

Add 3/4 of the Dark Chocolate Chips and mix in with spoon
-
Line a bread pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with Coconut Oil
-
Add banana bread mix to the pan smoothing the mixture out evenly
-
Sprinkle remaining Chocolate Chips over the top of the mix
-
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes and it should be ready to eat after it cools for 5-10 minutes
