Berry Smoothie

PREP TIME 5 minutes  |   TOTAL TIME 5 minutes

​Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries 

  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries 

  • 1/2 Cup Blackberries

  • 1 4oz Almond Yogurt

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 Cup Oat Milk

  • 1/2 Cup of Ice

  • 2-3 oz of Vanilla Yogurt (or Almond Yogurt for Vegans)

  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk  

  • 1/2 Cup of Ice

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.  Add Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, Yogurt, Vanilla Extract, Oat Milk and Ice.  Note adding more milk makes the smoothie less thick  

  • Blend in Vitamix 2-3 minutes on high speed until creamy smooth, enjoy!
