Berry  Bowl

PREP TIME 5 minutes  |   TOTAL TIME 5 minutes

​Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Frozen Blackberries, Blueberries and Strawberries

  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seed

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 Cup of Oat Milk (or Almond Milk)

Toppings

  • 3-4 Blackberries

  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut

Directions

  • Add frozen berries, hemp seed, vanilla extract and almond/oat milk    

  • Blend in Vitamix 2-3 minutes on high speed until creamy smooth

  • Pour from Vitamix into 2 bowls and add toppings, enjoy your Berry Bowl!
