Buffalo Cauliflower

PREP TIME 20 minutes  |   TOTAL TIME 55 minutes

​Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower

  • 1/2 Cup of Water

  • 1/2 Cup Flour (or Cassava Flour)

  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 1/2 Tsp Garlic Power

  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/4 Cup Hot Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon

  • 1-2 Tbsp Earth Balance Vegan Butter

Sriracha Dip

  • 1/2 Cup Vegan Mayo

  • 1 Clove of Garlic (small clove)

  • 1/2 Lime

  • 2 Tsp Sriracha sauce

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • Cut up head of Cauliflower into bite-sized pieces

  • Mix Water, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Flour (or Cassava Flour), Sea Salt and Black Pepper, make sure all ingredients are mixed well

  • Mix Cauliflower with above mixture thoroughly

  • Put parchment paper on cookie sheet and add each piece of Cauliflower to the sheet, then put in the oven once sheet is full and cook for 20 minutes

  • Separately mix hot sauce, lemon and vegan butter, mix thoroughly

  • Spread hot sauce mixture over the top of each Cauliflower

  • Cook for another 20 minutes  and serve

Sriracha Dip

  • Add Vegan Mayo, Lime and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl

  • Finely chop up the garlic and then mix into the Mayo, Lime and Sriracha mixture, stir with a spoon until everything is mixed thoroughly

  • Serve dip with the Buffalo Cauliflower and enjoy
