Homemade Granola

PREP TIME 10 minutes  |   TOTAL TIME 60 minutes

​Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cashews

  • 1/4 cup Almonds

  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats

  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter

  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

  • 2-3 tbsp Monk Fruit for Sweetener

  • 3 tbsp MCT Oil

  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips 80% Cacao or higher

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees

  • Roughly chop Cashews, Almonds and Sunflower Seeds, do not chop too fine, add to bowl after chopping

  • Mix in Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds, Cacao Powder, Cinnamon, Almond Butter, MCT Oil, Monk Fruit and mix all ingredients together until everything is thoroughly mixed

  • Put mixture on cooking sheet with parchment paper and cook for 50-60 minutes, flip granola 2-3 times every 15 minutes

  • Take granola out of the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and cook for 2-3 minutes, remove from oven and let the granola cool and granola is ready to eat
