Homemade Granola
PREP TIME 10 minutes | TOTAL TIME 60 minutes
Ingredients

1/4 cup Cashews

1/4 cup Almonds
-
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds

1/2 cup Rolled Oats

1/4 cup Almond Butter
-
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
-
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
-
1 tbsp Cinnamon
-
2-3 tbsp Monk Fruit for Sweetener

3 tbsp MCT Oil

1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips 80% Cacao or higher
Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees

Roughly chop Cashews, Almonds and Sunflower Seeds, do not chop too fine, add to bowl after chopping

Mix in Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds, Cacao Powder, Cinnamon, Almond Butter, MCT Oil, Monk Fruit and mix all ingredients together until everything is thoroughly mixed

Put mixture on cooking sheet with parchment paper and cook for 50-60 minutes, flip granola 2-3 times every 15 minutes

Take granola out of the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and cook for 2-3 minutes, remove from oven and let the granola cool and granola is ready to eat
