Mango Berry Acai Bowl

PREP TIME 5 minutes  |   TOTAL TIME 5 minutes

​Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup of Frozen Mangos

  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Raspberries

  • 1 Frozen Acai Bar 

  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 Cup of Oat Milk (or Almond Milk)

  • 1/8 Cup Almond Vanilla Creamer

Toppings

  • Whipped Cream (Coconut Whipped Cream)

Directions

  • Add ingredients to Vitamix and blend for 2-3 minutes, if necessary add a little more milk to make it creamier    

  • Pour from Vitamix into 2 bowls and add whipped cream!
