Peanut Butter Oatmeal & Chia Seeds

Ingredients

3/4 Cup of Rolled Oats

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
-
1 Tsp Cinnamon
-
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
-
3/4 Cup of Oat Milk (or other Vegan milk)

1 Tsp Maple Syrup
-
1 Banana
-
Toppings
-
1-2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
-
2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds
-
1 Banana
-
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Directions
-
Add to medium bowl Oats, Chia Seeds, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Oat Milk, Maple Syrup and mix together

In a separate bowl mash 1 Banana
-
Add Banana to medium bowl and mix
-
Add Peanut Butter to medium bowl and mix
-
Heat oven to 425 degrees and put Almond slices in for 5 minutes until golden brown.

Split Oatmeal into two bowls evenly and toppings (Shredded Coconuts, Banana, Almonds and Peanut Butter)
