Peanut Butter Oatmeal & Chia Seeds

PREP TIME 10 minutes  |   TOTAL TIME 10 minutes

​Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup of Rolled Oats

  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon 

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 3/4 Cup of Oat Milk (or other Vegan milk)

  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 Banana

  • Toppings

    • 1-2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut​

    • 2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds

    • 1 Banana

    • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter 

Directions

  • Add to medium bowl Oats, Chia Seeds, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Oat Milk, Maple Syrup and mix together

  • In a separate bowl mash 1 Banana

  • Add Banana to medium bowl and mix

  • Add Peanut Butter to medium bowl and mix

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees and put Almond slices in for 5 minutes until golden brown.

  • Split Oatmeal into two bowls evenly and toppings (Shredded Coconuts, Banana, Almonds and Peanut Butter)
